Due to the particularity of the transportation environment and the transported substances, Lpg semi trailer must pay attention to the safety during the shipping process. The following are the transportation precautions:

1. Check the liquid level of the compressor gas-liquid separator of the Lpg semi trailer. If there is liquid accumulation, the liquid should be drained in time.

2. During the loading and unloading process of the Lpg semi trailer, the driver and escort must be present to cooperate with the pump and storage tank operators to do the loading and unloading operation. At the same time, attention should be paid to the stability of the tanker and whether there is any abnormality in the pipeline such as leakage.

3. In the case of thunderstorms, there are open flames and fires nearby, the unloading pressure is abnormal, the pressure difference is large but there is no liquid flow or the liquid level does not decrease, the unloading operation should be stopped immediately when the equipment and hoses fail or the safety accessories fail.

4. The residual pressure of the Lpg semi trailer after unloading should be no less than 0.1MPa, and the residual liquid in the tank should be no less than 5% of the maximum filling capacity.
